This week in Ordinary Life I talked about the interplay between contradiction, challenge and comfort.
Contradiction and being willing to live in contradiction is how we open ourselves to growing in non-dual mind. Before we can receive the comfort that comes from non-duality, however, we have to hear the challenge that shows us how we are, or might be, “off the path” when it comes to wise and useful growth in spiritual and emotional intelligence.
