Dear Folks -

Here are three announcements of importance.

First, registration for the webinar with Dr. Jacqui Lewis is open. Simply go to the Ordinary Life website and you can’t miss it. This webinar is free but you must register in order to get the invitation link to the webinar. Click here to be taken there.

Second, the Michael Morwood webinar was recorded. If you missed it or want to see it again, the link to do so is also on the Ordinary Life website. This is right below the invitation.

Third, if you would like a copy of Michael Morwood’s book, “Prayers for Progressive People,” send me your name and the address where you would like the book to be sent. I’m going to allow a couple of weeks before beginning to send the books out so that everybody who wants one has a chance to get one. If you have already requested one, your name is on the list. We have about twenty left so this is on a first come basis. When they are gone you will receive on along with an envelop to return $20 for the book.

As for this week in Ordinary Life -

The path forward and through this perilous and unprecedented time is both simple and deadly. It is simple in that all that is required is our assuming 100% responsibility for who we are and what we do. It is deadly in that the ego resists this path. What is required is capturing a vision of and developing a faith in our true identity. We are who we are in Sacred Mystery and who Sacred Mystery is in us - no more, no less. One of the things that can nudge us in this direction is awareness of various growth models. I reintroduce the Cosmic Egg and Holly Hudley talks about the world as our meeting place with God. She also explains the bio-psycho-social model of development.

We called the time

Owning What Cannot be Bought

That is a very brief summary of our time in Ordinary Life this week.

You can find the text we had in front of us, the presentation slides and the audio version of the talk using the links below.

Also, be aware that we have instituted a weekly podcast. It is called “In Between.” You can access this through the Ordinary Life website.

If you are reading this, I want you to know how grateful I am for and to you.

Be well and much love,
