Dear Folks -

I begin this “life talk with this Zen saying: “The most dangerous thing in the world is to think you understand something.”

Most people who call themselves “Christian” seem to have an understanding of much of the Jesus story that leads to an understanding of God as someone to fear and/or appease through certain beliefs and behaviors. Nothing could be further from the God of Jesus.

This talk is an interpretation of what is called the second day in “the last week” of Jesus life.

The issue at the heart of the teaching of Jesus is the importance of a justice that is fair for all.
