This week we reflect on gratitude as a spiritual practice. Many wise teachers have proclaimed that writing down what we are grateful for can change the way we see and move in the world—even when what we are grateful for is difficulty. I hope this moves you to think about what you are grateful for, name it, and let it seep through your very being.
In this recording we reference several things: the movie and book A Wrinkle in Time, its companion book A Wind in the Door, and a book of poetry called Salt by Nayyirah Waheed. Thank you for joining us—Ordinary Life and everyone in it are definitely among the things I am grateful for.
