A Defiant Hope - A Homily for Holy Monday

A Special Posting from Ordinary Life

Dear Folks -

On Monday, April 6, 2020, the Monday of Holy Week, I was privileged to give the homily at the noon service at St. Paul’s. Several people asked for a copy of the text and I am inducing a link to it below.

After the service Chris Newlin, who helped Tim Leatherwood, record the service informed me that he had made what he called “a director’s cut” of the homily. So, for those of you more visually oriented, there is a link where you can watch it as well.

A huge thanks to both Tim and Chris whose long hours during this Holy Week and Easter season has made it possible for us to have access to services during this trying time. Tim and his faithful crew also make it possible for Holly and me to be live-streamed on Sunday mornings.

I hope you are all well and staying safe.

Much love,

Bill Kerley
